ANNUAL RECRUITING CONTRACT

PAY PER INTERVIEW CONTRACT

Service:  Let us handle applicant sourcing and only pay per interview!

Fee:  Flat Fee of $500/Sourced Candidate Interviewed.

Summary:  This is applicant sourcing model is most often used when companies have one or a small handful of entry level openings and have not had any success attracting applicants.  In this scenario, ResumeRewards will engage in aggressive applicant sourcing or recruiting and deliver the resumes to the Company’s Hiring Manger.

  • Advertising & Posting
  • Applicant Sourcing & Recruiting
  • Applicant Screening
  • Applicant Delivery to Hiring Manager
  • For Hourly Positions Only.
  • Fee Structure not based upon hiring or longevity

HEAD HUNTING CONTRACT

Service:  Let us find just the right candidate and deliver them to your door!

Fee:  25% of Annual Salary

Summary:  This model ensures that you only pay when you hire a sourced candidate.  You may also bundle with our Executive Search package.  This start to finish service is perfect for companies looking for assistance with a national executive search, including applicant screening, interviewing, elimination and delivery of finalists with resumes, references and recruiter feedback.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT MASTERCLASS

Fee: $1,500/Participant

Start Date:  1/7/2025 (Traditional) 1/9/2025 (Abilities)

Class Time:  2:00PM-3:30PM

Summary:  This comprehensive 8-Week Course is intended to prepare, support and empower young adults who are transitioning out of the world of education and into the world of work.  The class meets weekly in a virtual, group setting and gives students the opportunity to learn new skills, ask relevant questions and share their perspectives with their peers.
